First Time Booking With Us
To book your appointment, please click on the "Book Online" tab and select the service you'd like to get.
Please make sure you arrive 5 minutes prior to your first appointment, be sure to complete your consent form before this time. Ask any questions & get an idea of what you're wanting to have done.
From the first appointment a 10 minute grace period is granted after that you are considered late unless a conversation has been had prior and conditions agreed upon.
Nail Services are considered a luxury service and can take anywhere from 2-3 hours for a full set.
Please contact me via Instagram/Text prior to your booking if you are unsure of anything and I will get back to you ASAP.
BOOKING POLICIES
LATE POLICY
If you are more than 10 minutes late (without prior contact and an agreement being met), your appointment will be at risk of being cancelled or rescheduled to another day.
PAYMENT POLICY
For all services we require a £5 deposit. We only accept cash, PayPal or Bank Transfer.
CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY:
Please give at least 48 HOURS notice via text, email or Instagram if you cannot make it to your appointment; if you do not, this could result in you losing your deposit.
NAIL QUALITY POLICY
If you are missing any nails, you need to let me know prior to the appointment. If you need any new nails applied you may be charged an additional £2 per nail as this may make the service take longer and requires additional product.
OFFERS & DISCOUNT POLICIES
OFFER POLICY
All Offers and Discounts are one use at a time. You cannot double, triple etc. offers on top of each other. It's one offer per service. Always read the small print for the criteria of any offer.
